Sales Representative

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Description

  • Professionally do business with new & returning car-buying customers.
  • Answer walk-in leads as well as phone and internet leads.
  • Capture customer information in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Facilitate appointments and test drives for interested customers.
  • Track sales progress in CRM software.
  • Call past customers to follow-up and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Must be willing to work evenings and Saturdays when scheduled.
  • Must be willing to work some events outside normal working hours.
  • Sell!

Qualifications

  • High school diploma.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Must be comfortable with computers and technology.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • High work ethic.
  • Previous dealership experience and/or business administration education would be an asset.

Automotive Detailer

Reports to: Service Manager

Job Description

  • Maintain cleanliness in vehicle inventory
  • Prepare vehicles for showroom exhibition
  • Prepare sold vehicles to deliver to customers
  • Install wax & protection products
  • Assist with other duties around the dealership as requested

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • High work ethic.
  • Previous dealership experience would be an asset.
