Dropped off my car for service this morning before they were opened. I noted if possible to have the my F150 ready before 1:00pm, it was ready 9:00am. Andrea was great she was able to have the engine light looked at along with the rearview camera recall done all first thing in the morning.

I had never previously used Blackstock as I just moved to town. My whole experience was great. I booked online and was contacted quickly to confirm my appointment through text which I requested. I received a video of a walk around of my vehicle complete with measurements conducted by the service technician which was so nice to see. I will definitely be using their services again.

Amazingly friendly, great COVID Protocols. All in all a seamless experience for the myself and family.
We are very proud to have two Ford vehicles in our family and wouldn’t go anywhere else for Service.
