"I've been coming to Blackstock Ford for over 5 years now. I own a 2008 F150 lariat, a 2009 edge and a mustang boss 302. I've always dealt with Alex for sales and I have never had a bad experience yet. He's always respectful and values my time which is very important to me. Every time I have bought a car I do my research first and when I come into the dealership he's straight forward and to the point with negotiations. I bring all 3 of my Ford's to Blackstock for service and maintenance and my experiences have been good so far. Anytime there is an issue its addressed and resolved quickly and professionally. I like to get to know the person I am dealing with so I usually deal with Patrick in the Service Department and he is always patient and get what ever it is done in a timely manner. I had an issue with my brakes on my F150 and instead of replacing the brakes with a hefty bill the tech took apart the brakes and cleaned them up and I had no problems after that. Whether it's sales, service or parts, if you're not talking to the right person they make sure to put you in contact with someone with more experience so you're question gets answered properly."
