My wife and I were in the market for a new vehicle and after weeks of searching was referred to Blackstock by Car Cost Canada. We were advised to deal with Justin the sales associate exclusively and felt that Justin was very knowledgeable and very polite to deal with. We went back and forth on different options and different colors and when we finally decided it was now up to Justin to find us that vehicle as they did not have one at their dealership. I believe it was less than a week and Justin had found us our vehicle. We went back to the dealership to inspect the vehicle and loved everything about it. The entire process was stress free especially when dealing with Janet the finance manager. I am use to the pressure sales tactics when it comes to extended warranties and all the other maintenance packages dealerships offer. Janet explained them all to us and when we declined that was it, no pressure no trying to haggle the price, we said no and Janet moved on. No stress, no issues. I ended up saving about $6,423.00 off the MSRP price with all the factory incentives and Car Cost Canada discount. Great response time, friendly, no b/s, honest and seemed genuine. Justin made finding and changing vehicles easy and seamless. He was detailed but didn’t waste my time talking about random features or upselling things no one needs. Offered a fair price for the truck and was willing to negotiate. And for what it’s worth this was a Ram-to-Ford conversion.
The only drawback / suggestion is for this dealership to adopt a rust-proofing product that doesn’t involve a yearly check and reapplications.

Great customer service. Very clean facility with very friendly people and a very friendly dog. I've also had the opportunity to meet the owner who was also very friendly and respectful. They make you feel very welcome and your needs are met.
