I purchased my first new vehicle through Blackstock Ford and it was an awesome experience. We worked with Jim, Riley and Pieta and they are lovely people who went above and beyond to provide an exceptional experience. The vehicle pick-up happened to fall on a day just shortly after the birth of our son; Blackstock Ford arranged to have the vehicle delivered to our house and brought a gift of baked goods from a local bakery. Took my new Bronco Sport in for a first oil change and recall inspection - everyone I encountered was very friendly and I received a video of my vehicle and what was done to it not long after. The whole process didn’t take long and when I picked it up I was explained again in person the breakdown of my report paperwork. My recall notice was cleared on my FordPass app and overall I was really happy with the service here. Highly recommend
