Very friendly and courteous when I arrived at my scheduled time for service. The team took my vehicle in right away and completed the service without delay! It was great to have the personal touch after the service was completed with a recap of all the major checks completed during the service. Very efficient and professional!

I bought a 2018 Mustang GT from Blackstock Ford and the whole experience was the best dealer experience I've ever had. Every time I came to visit while by car was being built I was greeted by name by the owner, Jim Carson, the sales rep, Justin McKenzie and the Sales Manager, Jim Leighton and readily spent all kinds of time with me answering questions or explaining the dealerships offerings and anything else.
The purchase was straight forward, pretty quick and not pushy at all and they even guaranteed me the best available price when I came to get the car, either the price when I first ordered or the price when it came in and the did just that, making sure I got the best deal.
All my emails and telephone calls over the ensuing weeks were quickly and fully answered. When the day for delivery of the Mustang came, they made it a really enjoyable experience.

Great customer service. Very clean facility with very friendly people and a very friendly dog. I've also had the opportunity to meet the owner who was also very friendly and respectful. They make you feel very welcome and your needs are met.
Great experience with my sales rep Mathew Speed. We did a factory order and Mathew worked hard to ensure I got exactly the vehicle I wanted and our correspondence over phone and email was alwas professional and helpful. Finished the deal with Janet who gave me confidence the whole time. Love the new F-150 thanks Mathew, Janet, and Blackstock.

Great staff all around!! Our sales rep Brayden was amazing! He answered all our questions and listened to what we needed without being pushy on sales. This is our second truck with them and will definitely go back to Blackstock again!
Great response time, friendly, no b/s, honest and seemed genuine. Justin made finding and changing vehicles easy and seamless. He was detailed but didn’t waste my time talking about random features or upselling things no one needs. Offered a fair price for the truck and was willing to negotiate. And for what it’s worth this was a Ram-to-Ford conversion.
The only drawback / suggestion is for this dealership to adopt a rust-proofing product that doesn’t involve a yearly check and reapplications.

I find that the salesman, sales manager and business lady were excellent to deal with and the only negativity we encountered was with the receptionist. When my wife asked her if we can see the sales mgr she said no but we asked Mathew the salesperson and he took us in. During monetary transaction with her I noted absolute non friendliness,smile or even looking me in the eye.
As my previous job( retired now) took me all over the world and stayed in hotels 180 nights a year and visited 50 factories a month I can tell you that the most important person any corporation has is the receptionist.
Friendliness and personality tells me a lot about the company
