At its core, the 2021 Ford F-150 Tremor Package provides a specialized body and frame with plenty of capabilities. It starts with a high-strength steel frame and military-grade aluminum-alloy body. Each option comes with a SuperCrew configuration with a 5.5-foot box and the 3.5-liter EcoBoost® V-6 engine. The package will also come with standard four-wheel drive – a must for off-road adventures. This all amounts to a maximum 10,900 lbs of towing capacity with a payload capacity of a whopping 1,885 lbs. For its overall body, the package adds:
- 18-inch wheels with 33-inch General Grabber All-Terrain Tires
- Locking Rear Differential
- Torsen® Limited-Slip Front
- Torque-on-Demand Transfer Case
- Active Orange Exterior Color Trim & Badging
Technology Features Added to the 2021 Ford F-150 Tremor Package
One unique offering is the Ford Trail Toolbox. The pack offers a set of road-assist features, such as the Trail One-Pedal Drive option. A Trail Turn Assist offering also reduces steering radius to allow for tighter turns at low speeds. As we know, the Ford F-150 functions with a bevvy of drive modes. The package adds the standard options – Normal, Snow, Sport, Tow/Haul, Eco, Slipper and Deep Snow/Sand, and Mud/Rut – on top of the Rock Crawl option.
